She’s also found an audience for ice creams spiked with the high-proof alcohol moonshine: Her three classic flavors include strawberry-moonshine and mocha-chocolate-moonshine. Her year-over-year sales growth has quadrupled since 2018. “We’re preparing to expand to the West Coast in Q3 and anticipate triple-digit revenue growth,” says Randall-Collins.
