Proof Hard Ice Cream Receives SC Branded Award For Product Innovation

Isle of Palms, SC – It was a spoons-up kind of celebration for PROOF Hard Ice Cream as the company’s founder accepted the 2019 SC Branded Award for Product Innovation from the South Carolina State Chamber of Commerce Wednesday evening, November 20, at Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms. 

“It’s one thing for people to recognize the incredible taste and consistency of our product, but it’s another thing for them to recognize the art and science that goes into creating it,” said Jenn Randall, PROOF founder. “We’re proud of our proprietary formulas and production techniques and we’re thrilled to join the ranks of other South Carolina innovators, as well as innovators in the ice cream and spirits industries.” 

PROOF shared the stage with other SC Branded winners including Palmetto Green 2019 Winner: BP America; Charitable Impact 2019 Winner: SYNNEX Corporation; Farm, Forest & Field 2019 Winner: McEntire Produce; Hometown, SC 2019 Winner: Town of Summerville; Legends Award 2019 Winner: Michelin North America, Inc.

Made daily in Columbia, SC, PROOF’s mixology team dedicates a significant portion of its time to developing new flavor pairings based on what’s popular, but they also draw from personal experiences and memories. The company curates a rotating collection of 12 flavors. Each pint contains 5% ABV (Alcohol by Volume) or 10 PROOF.
